BIOGRAPHY OF AMBITIOUS
Akapelwa Mwangelwa A.K.A AMBITIOUS
is an Ambitious upcoming reggae artist, Ambitious was born in 1997 9th September in Kaoma district western part of Zambia. He is the first born in the family,he started his musical career in January 2018.
He grow up with his Dad and a step Mother since his father and mum never married. Uncle Mwangelwa the brother to the father used to play too much reggae music each time his driving him to school, Ambitious was irritated most of the time when ever his uncle played reggae songs at a higher volume for he never used to like reggae music not even a bit. until finally he got adopted he started listening to reggae music in 2010,
he got inspired by lucky dube the south African reggae artist. Ambitious completed secondary school in 2016 at David Livingstone Secondary School in Livingstone, Zambia. Unfortunately his father passed away in the year 2016 when he was in his final grade G12 but even though he lost his father he was able to acquire very good results on the final exam.
He released his first song (Mother Africa) to glorify and promote the African Continent he also released his second song(ZALIFASI) which means earthly things in the song he talked about material things, that ever thing you see in this world it shall end in this world and every thing that you have in this world it shall remain in this world, earthly things take no were’’ his third song (DRUG ABUSE) he talked about drug abuse that is taking place in his country amongst the youths . currently Ambitious lives in Livingstone, Zambia with his grandmother who is looking after him. His desire is to educate ,advise people as well as preaching the gospel of God through music
